3 scoops Vega One Chocolate
1 - 400 ml can of chickpeas
1 - 400 ml can of coconut milk (or 1 2/3 C almond milk)
1/2 C hazelnuts
1/4 C almond butter (or peanut butter)
2 C chopped frozen bananas
1/8 C honey or xylitol
1/4 tsp liquid stevia
1 tsp vanilla
4 C ice
1/4 C cacao nibs
1/4 C cacao paste
1/2 tsp fresh ground Anise (optional)
1 Tbsp fresh ground coffee beans (optional)
Makes 2L (enough to feed a family of four plus a bonus glass to save for later)
We serve the kids before adding the coffee beans.
