While it can be very difficult to convince our children to consume vegetation, this is a winner.
2 scoops Vega One French Vanilla
2 Pears
2 Bananas, frozen
1 400 ml can of coconut milk
1/2 C almond milk or yogurt
2 Cups of mixed greens, stems removed (I used beet leaves, swiss chard, and lettuce)
Ice
We drank these outside on a delightfully warm fall evening and felt very refreshed.
